We do our best to ensure that your glassware doesn't break in transit, however, from time-to-time, this happens and IT SUCKS, for both of us.
If your glass arrives broken, please email ryan@fueledbyhops.com with pictures of the damage. Be sure to include a picture of the box it was mailed to you and put your order number in the subject line.
We will try our hardest to replace the glass, but cannot guarantee a replacement. Our glasses are typically "one-time" releases, so we don't hold inventory for very long.
Glasses that cannot be replaced will be refunded.
We're a very small team (husband/wife duo) and we try to get orders out within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an e-mail when your order ships.
Yes! If you receive the wrong item, please email ryan@fueledbyhops.com for next steps on getting the item back to Fueled By Hops, LLC.
We sometimes generate our shipping labels a few days before we mail your package. If this happens, just hang tight. We will have your package out within 3 business days from the time you received that tracking number.
Yes! Please email ryan@fueledbyhops.com with both order numbers and we will gladly combine them for you. If combining your orders lowers your shipping costs (it usually does), we will refund this difference to you.
Yes! However, we should mention that we reserve the right to cancel any orders that we deem to be fraudulent, and we are not responsible for international customs charges, or any additional fees or charges incurred as a result of shipping your order internationally.
It's a pretty fair fight for me, however, I have to say that yes, Chipotle is better than Moe's, based solely on the fact that Chipotle is closer to my house.
