Please Fuel Responsibly

All of our events and festivals are meant to be enjoyed by responsible individuals over the age of 21.  No one under the age of 21 is permitted in our events, this includes designated drivers.

As such, we want you to be able to enjoy our events for many years to come, so we have created our ‘Please Fuel Responsibly’ initiative to ensure that you have a safe experience at our festivals.  This initiative applies to all attendees, staff, vendors, and brewery representatives that come to our events.

The ‘Please Fuel Responsibly’ initiative includes:

  1. An anti-drunk driving policy.
  2. A visibly intoxicated persons policy.
  3. A code of conduct and anti-harassment policy.

Any questions regarding these policies should be forwarded to ryan@fueledbyhops.com.

Drunk Driving Policy

We DO NOT encourage any festival attendee, staff member, vendor or brewery representative to drive under the influence of alcohol.  This is not only dangerous to yourself, but to others as well.  We can not stress enough the value using a designated driver or rideshare service to get to and from our events.

If you need help finding a safe ride home, please contact a member of the Fueled By Hops (FBH) staff for assistance finding safe transportation from our events.

Visibly Intoxicated Persons Policy

We want you to enjoy yourself and the wonderful beers the breweries prepared for you at our festivals, however, we ask that you don’t overdo it.

If any member of our staff, or the venue’s staff, observes that you are overly intoxicated, we will ask you and your party to exit the event (ensuring you have safe transportation home).  No refunds will be issued.

This policy in force for all festival attendees, staff members, vendors, and brewery representatives.
