Host An Event With Us

Want to bring a Fueled By Hops festival or event to your brewery or establishment?  Have an idea for a fun event and want us to bring it alive for you?  We are equipped to design, plan, market and execute events of any size.

We’ll review event requests on a case-by-case basis and must admit that we cannot work with everyone.   If you’re interested in hosting an event with us, please note that there are a few pieces of information that we’ll need to evaluate before we can commit to any events.  That information is: 

  • Capacity of the venue space and anticipated event attendance.
  • Total number of hotels within 5 miles.
  • Uber/Lyft/Rideshare frequency in venue area.
  • Available parking spaces at venue/within 1 mile.

Festival/Event Consulting

If you’re looking to start or run a beer festival, we understand that the process can seem daunting.  Fortunately, we have been through process a few times and can help guide you to a successful event.  As an added bonus, we all have strong backgrounds in accounting and finance, so we’re really good with helping you “run the numbers.”

For festival organizers, we can help with:

  • Market analysis to see if your market can support the festival
  • Equipment rentals
  • Staff planning (note: we do not offer staffing services)

  • Evaluating insurance needs
  • Navigating state and local laws and regulations
  • Creating a backup plan in case the event cannot go on as planned
